With fast charging, both variants can be charged from 0-80% in just 62 minutes. The IP67 rating of the battery makes it water and dust resistant. Hero’s Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model makes this scooter more affordable, with a guaranteed free replacement if the battery performance drops below 70%.
Performance: Best for city riding
The Hero Vida VX2 is powered by a 6 kW PMSM motor that generates 25 Nm of torque. The top speed is 70 kmph for the Go variant and 80 kmph for the Plus variant. The Go variant accelerates from 0-40 kmph in 4.2 seconds and the Plus variant in 3.1 seconds. The three riding modes—Eco, Ride, and Sport (in the Plus variant)—offer a balance between range and performance. The gradeability of 15-18 degrees makes it sturdy even on slopes.
The scooter gets 12-inch alloy wheels, telescopic front forks, and rear monoshock suspension that offer a comfortable riding experience even on bad roads. The Go variant gets a front drum brake and the Plus gets a front disc brake, while both get rear drum brakes and Combined Braking System (CBS) that ensures safe braking.
